Register of Exempt Persons

Welcome to the commission's public register of all currently and historically registered exempt persons.   You can search and filter the entries on the register by using the search field or clicking on any of the column titles. You can see more information, including customer contact details, on each entry by selecting "view details" from the arrow menu on the right of each listing.

Multi-dwelling sites, such as shopping centers or large apartment complexes, may be published on the register under a single address. If you are unable to locate your specific address, you may need to try an alternate one associated with the site. 

If you cannot find your electricity seller or supplier on the register and you think they should be registered with us, send us the details by emailing exemptionregister@esc.vic.gov.au.
